charmed Stay
helpful staff smooth experience
i found the staff especially helpful. natalia and valentina at the front desk were very kind and professional, assisting us immediately after our long trip from new york. the room was ready upon arrival.
i noticed the housekeeping could be improved. besides making the bed and replacing towels, no further cleaning seemed to occur, unless i specifically asked the reception. this sometimes meant dirty cups remained in the room and dust wasn't cleaned from the furniture.

the hotel offers breakfast. it features plenty of variety and lots of food to eat. lydia was very helpful in the breakfast room, ensuring a positive start to the day.

the location is very close to subway station. various restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. wittenberg train station is also nearby, providing convenient transport options.

definitely worth it
friendly staff spacious bathroom
The reception staff were friendly and super helpful. ishan and his colleague upgraded us to a suite. It was lovely! valentina looked after us well during our brief stay. the room had a spacious bathroom including a jacuzzi bath and separate power shower.
i had to pay a £150 deposit when checking in. i also needed the payment card from when i booked. i didn't have it with me, though the girl on the desk helped.

the suite included complimentary robes and plenty of space for luggage. the air conditioning cooled the room very effectively. everything i needed was available in the room.

the breakfast selection was wide. i especially enjoyed the pastries and fresh fruit. the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked during peak hours.

the front desk staff was very efficient and cute. they resolved a minor issue with my reservation quickly. the spa and fitness area access was seamless.

smooth check in efficient check in
the room was clean and it was good. check in was smooth and efficient. i did not have any issues with the wi-fi, it was stable.
the hotel felt a little outdated. the jacuzzi was broken when i visited and that was disappointing.

dirty room impolite service
the location proved to be a positive point. it was near shopping areas.
my room was not thoroughly cleaned. there were many stains. also, the bed was hard with springs i could feel through the mattress. breakfast service felt impolite.

mixed feelings about the stay
faulty light strange deposit
the staff at reception seemed supportive and helpful. they moved me to a new, upgraded room after i had issues with the original bedroom.
i found that the hotel felt a bit run down. the light above the sink did not work and the telephone was not connected (i found this very inconvenient). additionally, upon check-in, i was charged a strange deposit of 150 eur on my credit card.
